Collaborating with Bates/Masi architects, the two-year, ground-up build seamlessly blends into the landscape on Montauk's highest hill overlooking the water. The challenge was harmonizing indoor-outdoor elements for a livable space that would be used all year round. Our design firm's signature mix of color, pattern, and texture takes center stage. Tonal changes create a calming flow, injecting warmth into the modern space.  Special attention was paid to spatial layouts, particularly in the living area, where both sides of the room became an open walk-through.

Meticulously collected art sourced over a couple of years from Art Basel to local artists, weaves a compelling narrative against the strong architectural elements.
